I started as a part time teller at a bank, then went to personal banker and i'm an assistant branch manager now, my next move it's to be a branch manager. Banks give you a lot of opportunity to grow, but you really have to enjoy what you do. Money is good, benefits are great, incentives keep you going.
I worked for an education center for 2 weeks and it just wasn't my thing.
It'a all going to depend on what you want and what's more important to you money or satisfaction.
