A friend of mine who lives in Michigan posted this to her Facebook. Can anyone help?

"Anyone intersted in a Westie/Yorkie puppy? Approx. 4 months old. My friend Julie was able to save him from being hit by a car in Tuscola County (the puppy's siblings didn't survive) She can't keep him and is looking for a loving family to adopt him."
