Aww, he is just sooooo cute!! I really hope his new parents are YT members so we can continue to watch him grow up!!
As for shipping, I know a woman who works for an airline company and she will take the pup in the cabin with her and hand deliver him for you. She is very experienced and well recommended, she's been doing it for years. It's the only way I ever ship mine because like you I cringe at the thought of them being put in cargo where they are all alone and scared. She is really sweet and easy to work with and just loves working with puppies.
