I don't think it's from a razer, because who would be using a razer there? Plus, no nick or redness. Not too long ago I was doing Matty's top knot and noticed a bald spot exactly like that! It was just soft white skin and no hair. I almost had a heart attack. I started putting some Vit E oil on it and the hair has grown back. I don't know why the hair came out and I don't know why the hair has grown back - but it has.
