I called the shelter and they did not even want to take my info for adoption. The reason is that the stupid lady is still the legal owner and the court has to grant custody to the shelter before they can be adopted and it is long process. They also said the fruitcake lady might possibly get the dogs back.

I am just appalled at all of this mentioned in this thread. Ya, and the *&*#^ that dragged that poor innocent, helpless animal. I am praying for his eternal damnation!
