Gracie isn't alone much. She is my dog but she lives with my boyfriend. He leaves for work at 6:30am M-F and he puts her in his room with the baby gate up. I get to his house at 8:00am and usually spend the day with her. I only work thursday friday and sunday and when I work my boyfriend is there to take my place. She plays with her toys, naps, bugs me to go outside and play ball she is very active when I get there in the morning but around 1:00 she is usually ready for a nap and from 3:00 til about 8:00-8:30 she is up getting into things, barking at me on the computer and anything else she can come up with!! I hate leaving her
I try to take her with me if I go somewhere close...like the bank, etc. How long do you think is too long for a dog to be in a room??? I feel guilty when I have to leave her for 4 hours....
