We saw a flea on one of our babies this summer and we were using Frontline on them. We called our vet and he said that Frontline (and ALL the other flea preventatives for that matter) do not kill the fleas UNTIL they bite the animal. So... I was told not to freak out but to bathe the dog in Dawn if I was concerned (or some other flea shampoo) but that the flea meds were doing their job.... just not how I think they should work.... if that makes sense.
