Default rapid eating/vomiting white foam

about an hour ago i fed mickey some apple. he ate it very quickly, more rapidly than usually and immediately i could see he was not right. my initial impression is that he was choking. stuck my finger down his throat and he began vomiting white sticky foam. there was a very slight streak of blood, but i think it might be from sticking my finger in his throat. i the foam might have been the apple, but upon further research i read about bloat after rapid eating and became worried. after vomiting he appears not well and even moaned softly a couple of times. now he is sleeping in my arms but i can tell he's not feeling well. what should i do? it's 10pm so the vet is closed.
