I'm sorry your little guy got hit! I hope the lady didn't intentionally bring her dog over knowing it would intentionally hurt yours! However, I am a teacher and I see some horrible parenting decisions with kids so who is to say that doesn't spill to their pets too
Maybe that is just the way her spaniel says 'hi' and greets all new friends. Still a littlw warning would have been nice.
