How many pups are you expecting.
Mother won't feed the baby because she's in labor, so she won't pay attention to it. Make sure the puppy is dry and kept warm. You can use the blow dryer on low and warm about 8 to 10 inches away from pup. Once dry put in in dry, warm place....if you have a heat lamp great, if not a heating pad under a box with warm bedding inside of it.
