I am so sorry for the loss of your little one. Sometimes no matter how hard we try some of these babies will not make it. The most important thing is to get the fluids out of the nose. You can suction them out. Also, there is a swinging method that will help get the fluids out. The pup may have got too much fluid in its lungs or like you said, it was just not developed enough and in that case there was probably not much you could do. We always have Nutri-drops on hand when our pups are delivered and if we have a pup that is struggling we give them 1 drop. Sometimes that will really help.
