I saw this on the news and those pictures made me cry. I know this happens but to see what those poor babies go through...
my heart aches for these babies. I pray they are able to recover so that willing and competent homes can help them enjoy the rest of thier lives.
(I am sure since you are near Knoxville area you have also heard about the man who was arrested for dragging his dog behind his truck down the street! I saw pictures of that baby on WBIR. What is wrong with people????)
