I have hardwood oak flooring in a cherry stain and urine doesn't seem to stain it. Sophie hasn't gone on them in some time now but when she did I cleaned it with warm water first and and then Bona Floor cleaner/polish. The floors shine beautifully and there is no odor. You can get Bona at ACE Hardware stores.
