FYI: I was talking to a member from a Maltese forum who signed up here on YT to receive a deal on a Kwigy-Bo bag from the YT member that's now been BANNED. She has been waiting 2 month and still doesn't have her bag and her check has already been cashed.
As a vendor checks should only be cashed once the product is in hand and ready to ship to the customer.
Also, as a vendor (big or small) we do have personal problem as well but that’s no excuse to leave customer without products and money. If I'm out of a product I refund the money ASAP through PayPal’s, send an email or even try to call the customer to inform them about the out of stock item.
IMO…It seems she was always out of product and still taking money for the same items.
Sorry OP that you have to deal with something that the BANNED member should be dealing with.
