Why not try a pet nanny? I have someone that comes to the house and lets Maddie outside and plays for 30 minutes in the middle of the day when I have to work all day. And my "nanny" leaves a little note every time she comes telling me what they did and saying how cute and fun Maddie is
...I don't know if there is anyone in your area that does it, but it has really worked well for me since I don't have to worry as much about her. Around here a 30 minute visit ranges from $10-$20. When they are so little, a heavy play session of 30 minutes is enough to wear my baby out for hours! Good luck!
