The dimensions for the Alex bag is - 17"x8"x11" but obviously not "hard case". I assumed I could scrunch it done to handle the height measurement but didnot want to show at the airport to be turned away because of my carrier. And yes - I did include the pet fee for the trip. Although my grandkids say she won't need the "return" leg of the trip! HaHa - like that will happen
I will try calling the airline but without seeing the carrier, I wasn't sure if they could give me an answer.
