No, actually my vet said it usually starts between 12-14 weeks so she's a week younger than when it should start. My vet also said to basically just ignore it when she does it because if you make a big deal out of her behaviour than she'll think it's the right thing to do. Just make sure she's ok.

Sydney'sMom- You are too funny! haha yah i think i might take you up on that offer! I'm use to her squeeks now but it scares the crap out of other people. At least she'll outgrow it
