Don't dress her up on a daily basis. Just colder weather & maybe for a special day like Halloween or something. In fact, now when putting on harness and/or clothes she's trying to help put them on. Picks up her legs to get ready & ducking her head down to help put something over her head. Got her a Snuggie recently. By the 3rd night she started bringing it to us to put it on her before bedtime. Since the time change, she moved bedtime up 2 hrs earlier. lol! Actually I think she would be happy wearing it all day & night.

It takes time to get used to the feeling of new things on them. Just keep putting things on for awhile & extend the time. She'll get over it.
