Do you have an account at photobucket, or have you just been copying other people photos? Are they asking you to go pro, or just suggesting it? They will give over 500 MB of free space, which is a huge amount, but if other people are using your pictures from your account, and not uploading them, but using your bandwidth, if can bog down your account. It might work better if you set your albums to private. I'm not sure why it's not letting you copy the pictures, it may have something to do with your settings, and sometimes you have to move the mouse over the picture before the copy information comes up.
