My vet told me that Wellness dog food is the best around. I have fed it to my Maltese for 2 1/2 years. The Wellness puppy food is a bit too big for my little Yorkie so I've been giving her Royal Canin which the breeder had her on but she is itchy and her eyes water. She's almost 5 months old but she's got such a tiny mouth!

I also did a comparison just for the heck of it between the Natural Choice Lamb dry food and the Wellness Lamb dry food. The Wellness blows the Natural Choice away! The Natural Choice also has beet pulp which causes tear staining. The Wellness has fruits and vegetables in all of their food as well which is awesome.

I can't wait for Muffin's mouth to get a bit bigger so I can feed her the Wellness! In the meantime I'd like to get her off the Royal Canin and find her a good puppy food that she can chew.
