Nope, it's unlikely that anything like that will ever come out.
When Comfortis is given along with high doses of ivermectin, some not-so-good interactions have been reported. Since there is such a small amount of ivermectin being used when given in Heartgard, it is generally considered safe to use the drugs together; however, I doubt they will ever put the drugs together in one pill.
