My Wally is 3mo. Believe it or not I have a large bird dish that I hook on the cage for the water. Maybe I will get one for the food. I just think it's funny because he's been here for 5 days and 2 times his little poop was in the bowl. The crate is plenty big enough. I have his little bed on one side and the small food bowl and water hanging on the other side.
