Is the floor surface different where the crate is from other places in the house. Sometimes dogs develope a dislike for slick or shiny surfaces. Try putting a small rug down in front of her crate and see if she'll go in/come out. Also, the other suggestion of placing the crate somewhere else is good. Even if it's just to see if she'll go in/come out on her own. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
