 Dry flakey skin on tummy...HELP
Sadie has a patch of dry skin on her tummy. The vet had told us to give her more omega 3's so we upped her intake to every day rather than every other day, now it's worse...i haven't bathed her anymore thinking that once a week is too much in the winter time, and i haven't changed anything about her life...what's causing this and what should i do???
do they make doggie lotions?? also, if i go back to the vets he suggest changing her diet, but i feed raw and it's really good quality home made diet that's way better than kibble and i will not switch her to kibble, i may leave out something from the recipe if it's an allergy, but i don't think dry skin is caused by allergies....
what do i try here??? thanks |
