The licking of the feet is what a dog does when it has an allergy. So even if there is no itching, that doesn't necessarily mean there is no allergy. Food allergies only account for about 10-15% of dog allergies; enviro/seasonal account for the rest.

It would be important for them to be on a grain free diet and/or a low-ingredient-diet. There are non-prescription meds and prescription meds...but first you really have to determine if this is food related or not...
