Well, most Yorkie breeders don't release the puppies to their new homes until the puppy is at least 12 weeks old. They need that time with their mom and need to learn to socialize. I would not want to take a puppy before that age. Sooo....I did not see my baby at age 6 weeks. As far as the coat goes, it is going to change so don't expect to see a certain thing with the coat at a certain age. My Jillie is 6 months old now and her coat is growing in length now, but it still has a little bit of wave to it. |
