Hmmm, I don't know.
I mean, it is likely just fine, but I'd only want to make a call like that for Ellie. I think if you are concerned, you should email them. Showing the pic to a tech or groomer may be okay, but then they aren't there to feel it. It reminds me of something....just not sure exactly what. Maybe rug burn (which would make sense) or a skinned knee.
