There's a Ronald & Jackie Wiese, at 53985 in Lindsay, NE on the USDA breeder's list, and my guess would be this is indeed a puppy mill. There's no doubt it's a commercial breeder; not all commercial breeders are horrible, but most are. I recommend everyone who buys a dog see in person how the dogs are being raised, it's the only way we can stop the mistreatment of dogs. No reputable breeder sells to a pet store.
