OMG; i am so sorry; that looks really scary. once my dog had a skin infection the doctor gave me resortin ointment which is antifungal and antibacterial ointment; it worked really good. did the vet give you anything to apply; also you can give probiotic powder 3 times daily to help fight the fungus. best of luck
