Couver wants to be best friends with all cats! He has two cat brothers, so that is probably why...
Once, we went to my parents house, and there was a cat in their driveway. Couver just walked straight up to it and kissed it! The cat kinda moved away, and Couver walked right beside it and tried to be its friend.
I don't see any problem with be cat friendly
