I'm a very fledgling person looking for my show niche - no one is disposable and I'm sure as I age I will select one breed (I'm 22), but for now I really like the variety and the challenge. Yorkies as pets have been something that has always enticed me - the coat work looks amazing and as you can see from vincent the peke I am familiar with coat work....thus far I have learned I want a shedless breed so pekes and danes are out for the future. The two dogs you see in the pictures will always have homes with me and will probably do some stud work. The peke will for sure as he has beaten some stiff competition.
Having said this do you have some breeders who I could contact atleast to get to know - I never want to rush into anything and I'm not necessarily looking to acquire a dog, but more learn about the yorkie as a standard....you can't buy till you are familiar with this anyhow!- and also the health problems and testing they require.
