thanks for the help...i think i've decided to wait and see what the daycare will offer, it's actually an early education center, so a lot more like a teaching job than a daycare job....and online it says they pay an average of 25,000 salary which would be great to start out...i LOVE working with kids and have been missing it a lot lately. and i'd get daycare discounts and be able to raise my own kids right there with me at work from 6 weeks-12 years which i could nurse them and raise them right around me and always know their caretakers as coworkers too....i'll take it if they offer it, but they'll have to act fast because if they can't commit to me by Nov. 16 (start date at bank) then i'll have to walk on them because i don't want to start a new job, be trained and then quit...that looks bad compared to quitting before i start.

anyways...thanks for the input...i'll update after my meeting tonight okay??
