I was Director of a large claims dept for many years and did a lot of hiring, we had that happen a lot people would accept the job and then before we got them started they would call and say another position they had applied for came through and they accepted it. So really it is which ever is the best for you. Also, my dtr just quit her teller job part time and is now working at a Farmers INs agency Full time with much more potential and better salary. At the bank she never knew what time she would actually get out due to closing and balancing, hours were all over the place. She loves now knowing she works 8:30 to 5 and just gets up and leaves no balancing and counting and she has weekends off. It wasn't bad for a part time job but she didn't want to do it full time. Just a little input to consider.
