I would also consider this: Which has more career potential. Can the bank job transition into full time? (There is much more room to advance in banking and for sure there is more job security (in the long run). Plus I believe that you can make more money in the long run in banking than you can in child care; matching year for year.
But if there is no chance of you getting full time employment in the future with the bank, then that is necessary to consider too. |
