Annabelle lost her pups last week. They were unable to tell me exactly when, but i think that it was mid-week. She was acting unusuall Thursday and Friday, by Saturday she was panting heavy and seemed restless. I called vet and they said to watch her closely. We went in Monday, I wasn't able to feel the lumps any more, they did x-rays and said that she was in process of reabsorbtion. I feel so bad for her. I was hoping she would get a chance to be a good mommy, expecialy since her last litter wshe wasn't able to raise. They said that the move may just have been to stressful. They said her body should take care of itself but to watch for signs of infection. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I do anything for her, besides lots of love?
