Just a street down from my bf's house there is a building for older people to socialize and it has it's own dumpster, I was watching the local news when they started talking to a lady that worked there, she had found a 5lb bucket and in that bucket was water and, a female dog and her puppies
I don't know what is wrong with some people to do something like this, I mean how demented can someone be?? The police are looking into it, but I doubt if they will ever be caught
