Rocky is very friendly, likes people and dogs. He was traumatized when a group of kids came at him with their hands outstretched and is sometimes leary of kids now.
Too bad, he used to love kids and wag his tail to want to meet them before that group of kids ran at him! He likes the little kids more than the 6-9 year olds.
