Not too long ago there was a link how to make the sock sweaters. Well I thought they were so neat and couldn't wait to make one. I was at the dollar store today and they had leg warmers for sale. I thought hey I bet I can use this too and the verdict is....................

I could definitely sew around the edges for the leg holes but for a buck you can't go wrong. So I just thought I'd let you all know since I know some were saying it was hard to find large enough socks that were nice colors/designs. These are a great idea and they had a variety of colors. They also work great for the longer slender babies like Lola.
