How about when you need to talk to someone about something really important and they are unreachable, even though you've left tons of messages, and no one seems to know when they will be back in the office.
Or how about, when someone ELSE makes a mistake and says you haven't filed your taxes when you HAVE and they threaten to revoke your license. AND when you've already called FOUR times to have them straighten it out, but no one seems to know how to do their job???!!!
OR, how about when you keep getting transfered to the wrong dept and they keep transferring you around b/c no one wants to help you?!
