I would never feed a vegetarian diet to a dog. Look at what they ate throughout history.

They do enjoy some fruits and veggies with their food. Mine eats a couple of baby carrots every morning. Do not feed them grapes or onions. Mine likes apples, too, but in a very small quantity. Watermelon is a summer treat for her. But she doesn't enjoy very big amounts of them.
