As a matter a fact yes, she does have the areas around eyes red and swollen and she smells with somewhat of oily skin so I'm pretty sure it's mange. But the vet only gave me goodwinol to apply around her eyes. Of course this is not helping with her itchy skin.

I was going to try changing the food AGAIN to a grain free food, maybe Natural Balance the one that is grain free? Should I bath her with her another shampoo? tree tea oil??
