I had not heard of them....I just did a google search. The first ingredient listed is phosphorous. I wonder if that could cause renal issues?? Maybe the amount is minute and not a problem, but certainly worth looking into especially in pups with renal issues.
I imagine since it is only an occasional thing, it is probably not a concern.
