I did pay for it but I wasn't happy. When I dropped him off I asked that they cut the hair on his body short (not shaved) because he had been getting matts and doesn't like to be brushed. I asked them to leave his face as full as they could without it looking weird with his short cut. I like the teddy bear looking face. When I picked him up he was pretty much shaved, Top knot was completely gone. The only facial hair he had was a "moustache". His ears were shaved. He looked like a completely different dog.
