Can you take a picture of it? How old is he? Is he light or dark? Could it be a freckle or a mole?

My boy is really light and I noticed some freckling on him... never seen it before but I've never had a light skinned dog

I just bought some conditioner that has a sunscreen in it - and you leave it on after shampooing. I'm hoping this gives him some protection.
