I'll admit...I still haven't gotten JoJo neutered, but thankfully I will this month (he's one year old). It was due to financial reasons and thankfully my finances are back on track now.
My question is this: right now he loves to bolt out the door or car, and I'm terrified one day he'll run off and I'll never see him again. I hear others say that this is sometimes due to boys smelling a girl in heat, and neutering can help. Has anyone had a dog who liked to run off, only to be changed post-neuter? Or am I dreaming here?
