[Sweet Apple]

I'm sorry your baby is in pain, but just hang in there, and she'll be fine, in no time...Apple was spayed last Thursday @ noon...I picked her up that evening, and when I brought her home, she cried and wimpered until I gave her pain meds at 8 (she'd had a pain shot in surgery)...The next day she was in pain, but not so much, and by the 3rd day she was scaring me, because she was moving around so much...Today is day 5, and I don't think she is in any pain, but she does seem to get tired pretty quickly, and is sleeping more than usual...I stopped the pain meds the 2nd day, because I think they were upsetting her more than the pain...I do think she needed them the first 24 hrs. 'though...Like the other person said, just make her comfortable and give her lots of love and reassurance...You'll be surprised how quickly she will bounce back...Apple gets her stitches out day after tomorrow
