You can make those potty patches pretty easily yourself.
All you need is a large cat litter box, or I used a rubbermaid sweater box.
A piece of indoor outdoor grass and a dry dek tile that you can get at home depot or lowes. Put the dry dek (they come in 12" squares, are rubber and you can put them on floors for horses and such). Put the dry dek on the bottom, the fake grass on top and then get that spray that entices the puppies to potty in that area, works pretty good! When you clean it, just rinse everything off and let dry. You can get two pieces of fake grass and two tiles and you can have one in use and one drying. I think the total cost was around $20 or so dollars and it was just as good as the one at petco.
Another thing you can use between the dry dek and the carpet is a puppy pad to soak up some of the urine, but it isn't neccessary.
