I don't know but I sent the website to my gf when I first saw it because she has had an awful time with potty training her yorkie. I like it because it gives them the feeling of grass so that when you do take them outside, it's not foreign to them and also because they can pee on it over and over and it doesn't soil like a pee pad. Some dogs are very particular about having a clean place to "go" on. I know hers is.
