It's not just you, it's happening to everyone! I was feeling bad myself - mind you I do not have a late payment on my credit report, always pay over the minimum etc and have had the same type of thing. Either reducing my available credit or increasing the rate then my boss got a letter that they were increasing his interest rate. This is a person who charges thousands of dollars a month and always pays it off the following month. I figure if they do it to him, I shouldn't be feeling bad anymore. But it does make me mad!
