Try using a dose of Revolution heartworm topical, two months in a row and 3 weeks apart. It acts as a miticide also, and does other stuff. Mites don't always show on a scraping. If she's little, you may be able to get two doses from one application pkg. If she doesn't
show improvement in 24-48 hours, I would then suspect food allergies, and eliminate foods containing beef and grains first.
